We want you to be completely satisfied with your Taara purchase. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available for our different products and services.
Non-refundable after generation. All digital reports (Kundli Blueprint, Career Reading, Love Reading, Daily Kundli Guidance, Ask Your Kundli) are non-refundable once the report has been generated and made available for download.
Reports are typically generated within 2-5 minutes of purchase. Once your report is ready, you will receive an email notification with a download link. At that point, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded.
Exception: If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Cancel anytime, no refunds for current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Example: If you purchase a 30-day subscription and cancel after 5 days, you will retain access through day 30. No partial refund will be issued.
Subscription auto-renewal can be disabled in your account settings before your billing date to prevent future charges.

Astrologer cancellations: If an astrologer cancels for any reason, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary reschedule, your choice.
