Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Taara purchase. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available for our different products and services.

1. Digital Astrology Reports

Non-refundable after generation. All digital reports (Kundli Blueprint, Career Reading, Love Reading, Daily Kundli Guidance, Ask Your Kundli) are non-refundable once the report has been generated and made available for download.

Reports are typically generated within 2-5 minutes of purchase. Once your report is ready, you will receive an email notification with a download link. At that point, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded.

Exception: If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

2. Subscriptions (Daily Cosmic Guidance)

Cancel anytime, no refunds for current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Example: If you purchase a 30-day subscription and cancel after 5 days, you will retain access through day 30. No partial refund will be issued.

Subscription auto-renewal can be disabled in your account settings before your billing date to prevent future charges.

3. 1-on-1 Astrology Sessions

Astrologer cancellations: If an astrologer cancels for any reason, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary reschedule, your choice.

To request a cancellation or refund, email support@mytaare.com with your order ID at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

4. Technical Issues & Failures

If your order encounters a technical issue and we cannot complete your purchase or deliver your service:

  • Your order status will show as "failed"
  • You will be notified via email
  • A full refund will be issued within 5 business days

If you experience a technical issue, please contact support@mytaare.com immediately with details and your order ID.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account, depending on what you used). Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, though some banks may take longer.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Email: support@mytaare.com
  • Include: Your order ID, purchase date, and reason for refund request
  • Response time: We will review your request within 2 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Digital reports once generated
  • Subscription fees for the current billing period
  • Session fees when cancelled with less than 12 hours notice
  • Sessions where you did not appear ("no-show")

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider or file a chargeback, your Taara account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before involving your payment provider.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

Taara reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Purchases made before policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
